Mr. Lempe brings forty years of business and construction experience to CPH. His experience started in the 1980's working in construction and agriculture, while going to school, cutting neighbors' grass and running a newspaper delivery route. Eventually getting into commercial site construction in the late 80's. He started his first construction business in the early 90's and became a home builder in the late 90's. Then in the 2000's, after running many commercial site and DOT projects, he started a successful site development company with a transport division until his son was injured in an auto wreck, while riding in as a passenger in 2011. Mr. Lempe would spend the nearly eight years trying to help his son until his son passed in 2019.
Now, Mr. Lempe focuses all of his life and work experience, business knowledge and skills to lead the CPH company into the future with strong and healthy growth. Already, he's making significant changes to the administrative operations, opening a new CPH administrative office with the latest, cutting edge technologies, where he is building a stronger CPH team and increasing estimating capabilities to bid and manage more projects, keeping cost down to keep project prices to a minimum and on schedule.
